He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Theodore "Ted" and Ruth E. Neff (Maxwell); his brother Melvin A. "Mose" Neff; and his wife Mary Jane Neff (Worstall). He is survived by: his brother Thomas "Tom" Neff; his children, Larry S. Neff (Deana), Douglas A. Neff (Stephanie) and Jacqueline A. Nezbeth (Jeff); his grandchildren, Lauren P. Eskew (Peter), Megan A. Witucky (Kyle), Raegan R. Breisinger (Garrett), Kristin L. Neff, Tyler J. Kaido (Jillian), Jordan D. Neff and Wade R. Kaido (Marci); and his stepgrandson Zakary Nezbeth. He is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the Genesis Hospice Morrison House, 713 Forest Avenue, Zanesville, Ohio 43701.
