She is survived by: her husband Loren Elwood Prouty of Zanesville; her daughters, Sherri Smith (Jim), Debbie Neidich (Jim), Kathy Barnett (Joe) and Beverly Hitchcock (Mark); her stepsons, Randy Prouty (Darlene), David Prouty, Tony Prouty (Dawn) and Logan Prouty (Carly); and her sister Carolyn Young (Earl).
