She was predeceased by: her parents, Hillard R. Norris and Ida Mae Hill Norris; her children, Lance A. "Hoss" Smith and Sandra Sue Smith; and her siblings, David Norris, Donald Norris, Doris Kennedy, Phyllis Norris and Hillard Norris Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Jamie Mathie (Tim), Perry Smith (Jill) and Robin "Hoodie" Smith (Wendy). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
