She is survived by: her children, Doug Adams (Tanya Poli), Kelly Hina (Brian) of Zanesville and Jodi McNally (Eric) of Noblesville, Indiana; her grandchildren, Bradley Adams, Lyndsay Fortenberry (Cory), Seth Hina (Erin), Shaun, Garret (Jillian Kurtz) and Connor McNally; her great grandchildren, Ryan, Grayson and Emilia; and her siblings, Vicki Wolfe (Don) and Tom Brennan (Tammy). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
