He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Christine Bollinger (Ankrom); his daughter Jennifer Gonzalez; his stepchildren, Cassandra Mercer (Chad), Richard M. Wisecarver and Heather Kirkbride; his siblings, James Botson, Gary Bollinger, David Bollinger, JoAnn Stemm, Sally Hittle, Kathy Denton and Roseanne Butcher; and his close friend Michael Adams. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
