He was predeceased by: his parents, Mervin Carsey and Mary Lou Carsey (Smith); his brothers, Richard "Rick" and Terry Carsey; and his nephew Ricky Carsey.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda K. Carsey (Binkley); his son Michael Carsey; his stepson Jeremiah Thompson (Apryl); his stepgrandchildren, Kayla and Colton Thompson; his sisters, Mary Ellen Lawson (Raymond) and Brenda Joseph (Greg); his special little buddy Paizleigh; and his pet Ralph. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
