He is survived by: his wife Debbie Donnelly Creeks; his children, Chad Creeks (Julie), James Creeks, Troy Donnelly (Cassie) and Jody Shipley (Josh); his siblings, Jeff Creeks (Stephanie), Joan Pletcher (Bill), Teresa Paynter (Bill) and Becky White; his grandchildren, Brittany, Trenton, Tyler, Breanna, Kyle, Saydee, Ella, Kayla and Katelyn; and his close friends, Rick Eddie Donnelly and Matt Cutlip. He is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
