He is survived by: his children, Rachael Melick (Ashland Gentry), Michael Melick (Samantha), Matthew "Matt" Melick, Andrew "Andy" Melick and Jesse Melick (Caylee Clemens); his grandson Rowan Melick; and his siblings, Pat Melick (Beth) of Powell, Karin "Cissie" Kopchak (Terry) of Zanesville and Kevin Melick (Shari) of Zanesville.
