He is survived by: his wife Tammi Shaw (Peterman); his sons, Dakota Shaw (Alexis) and Dustin Shaw; his granddaughters, Jordyn and Guilietta; his children, Creighton, Cory, Ethan, Mike and Amanda; his stepchildren, Shannon Ater (Herbie), Shauna Walk (Jeremy), Josh Shaw (Kayla) and Kyle Shaw (Ashley); his siblings, Bill Shaw (Julie), David Shaw (Chris) and Rhea Mae Rutledge; his nieces and nephews, Nikki Hampp (Levi), Tori Dennis (Monty Crotzer), Kenzlie, Emmalyn and Otto; his mother-in-law Pat Peterman; and his sister-in-law Jerri Dennis (Chad).
