He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Stotts and Patricia Stotts (Butler); his grandchildren, Kristen Stotts and Nathaniel Stotts; and the mother of his children Terry Stotts.
He is survived by: his children, Katie Leaver (Aaron), Sheryl Hiles (Noah), Julie Edwards (Shawn), Garrett Stotts and Wyatt Stotts; his grandchildren, Jerry, Jeffrey, Bentley, Connor and Bailley; his great grandchild Brantley; and his siblings, Mark Stotts (Sam), Danny Stotts (Chris), Karen Seisinger (Dave) and Becky Middleton (Randy).
Michael Dale Stotts, 66, of Zanesville, died at 1:53 A.M. on Thursday, December 1, 2022, at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, where he gave the gift of life through organ donation.
