She is survived by: her mother Constance "Connie" Burns (Carter); her sister Julie Cater (Burns); her husband David Smith; her son Ryan Dulin (Jamie); her stepson Brandon Smith; her daughter Jamie Smith (Kyle Ellis); her grandchildren, Jack and Ava Dulin; her nieces, Taylor and Paige Cater; and her aunts and uncles, Jan (Carter), Jim Lucas, Maggie, Gracie and Rosie.
