She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Hooper and Hilda Hooper (Dillon); her husband William E. "Dink" Dale; her daughter Sheila Dale; her grandson Jason Pratt; and her great grandchild Dominick.

She is survived by: her sons, Jeff Dale (Saundra), Randy Dale (Cindi), Shane Dale (Rhonda) and Shawn Dale (Jill); her grandchildren, Jeff Jr., Heather, Jonathan and Michelle; and her sisters, Connie Eddy and Alice St. Clair. She is also survived by great great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
