He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Hemmer and Eleanor Hemmer (Gribben); his fathers-in-law, Robert Sieliet and William Harrier; and his uncles, Lou Edwards, Chuck and Dola Todd.
He is survived by: his wife Tammy Hemmer (Sieliet); his sons, Todd Hemmer (Emily) of Zanesville and Matt Hemmer (Lisa) of Zanesville; his grandchildren, Kenzie, Jillian, Eleanor and Charlie Hemmer; his son Brandon Harris (Misty); his grandchildren, Addison and Anna Harris; his sister Dr. Kaye Hemmer Riolo (Sasan Rahmatian) of Fresno, CA; his siblings-in-law, Travis Sieliet (Heather), April Gutridge of Nashville, TN and Heather Comstock (Scott); his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Riolo (Trent Stringer), Andrew Riolo, Kendra Lucas (Trey), Julia Gutridge (Lakkin Amspaugh), Lydia Gutridge (Dakota Watson), Greg Comstock, Lance Comstock (Corina Kain) and Tanner Sieliet; his mother-in-law Jane Harrier; his aunt Sue Edwards; Zoey.
