He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Gay and Joy Gay (Russell); and his brothers, Dan Gay and Tim Gay. He is survived by: his wife Vicki S. Gay; his siblings, Jim Gay (Christie) of New Albany and Julie Gay (Larry Phelps) of Dublin; his sisters-in-law, Kathy Gay and Connie Haught; and his great-aunt Linda Russell. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Big Brothers Big Sisters, 4 North 7th Street, Zanesville or St. Nicholas Catholic Church in Pat's memory.
