He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Powell and Delores May Powell; and his siblings, Robert Lipscomb and Laura Lipscomb. He is survived by: his sister Joannie Davis; his half-sister Janet Jones; his daughter Ladonna Thomason; and his girlfriend Lowedda Bartimus.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Snouffer Funeral Home (1150 Military Rd, Zanesville, OH 43701). Viewing was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 4:00 PM.
