He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Vincent Smith and Elizabeth Smith (Chambers); his brother Carl Smith; and his pet Elvis. He is survived by: his children, Brittney Smith, Phillip Smith, Angel Austin and Ashley Avery; his grandchildren, Jaxon Swingle, Elijah Smith and Miley Kovack; and his close friend Tasha Johnson.
