He is survived by: his children, Donna Wade, Ralph Wade (Cerridwen), Keith Wade, Melissa Lambert, Kyle Wade, Natosha Wade, Jennifer Wade (Bobby Ford), Justin Moyer (Tonya) and Josh Wade; his siblings, William "Randy" Wade (Jackie), Vickie Bates, Steve Wade, Christine Leah Dobbins, Terry Wade and Anthony Wade; his close friend Darla Wade; and his pet Pumpkin. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
