He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Clarke and Martha Clarke (Porter); and his siblings, Larry Clarke, George Clarke, Raymond Clarke, Silva Hartley and Melinda Porter.
He is survived by: his daughters, Charity Witt and Angel Salmon; his siblings, Euegene Fortsye, Diane Roberts and Kristina Porter; and his pet Sassy. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
