He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Betty; his wife Jane Marie Starcher (Paul); his sons, Ray Starcher, Mike Starcher (Tracy) and Bud Starcher (Tabitha); his grandchildren, Diamond Starcher, Suede Starcher, Koltin Catlin, Austin Starcher, Tomi Starcher and Buddy Starcher; and his siblings, Abby Foraker (Ray), Bev Racer (Ed), Scottie Drake (Stacy) and Stephanie Daniels (Brian).
