She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Bash and Violet Bash; her husband James E. Powell; and her brother-in-law John Hina. She is survived by: her brothers, Les Bash (Thelma) and David Bash (Ruth); her daughter-in-law Cathy Powell; her children, Randy Powell of Zanesville, Keith Powell (Judy) of South Carolina and Lori VanHorn (Tom); her grandchildren, Eric Powell (Darlene) of Zanesville, C. W. and Sarah VanHorn of Columbus; and her sister Rose Hina.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Paul's Church in Roseville.
