He is survived by: his children, Kim Cook (Ray), Kelley Settles (Jim), Mark Holbert and Matt Holbert (Tricia Sites); his daughter-in-law Tonya Holbert; his grandchildren, Mitchell, Marcus, Brittany Cook, JP, Cameron Settles, Megan Yingling, Shane Holbert and Olivia Holbert; and his great grandchildren, Kace Bowen, Emma, Anthony Rivers, Preston Cook, Meison Smith, Grayson, Gavin Yingling, Frankie Settles and Ridge Holbert. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
