He was predeceased by: his father Gary Adams; and his brother Robin J. Adams. He is survived by: his wife Tamara "Tammy" Stillion Adams; his children, Laken Adams (Justin Darnes), Matthew Adams (Cortney), Michael Adams (Yukie) and Lacey Gray (Shaun); his siblings, Douglas Adams, Gary Adams, David Adams, Suzanne Adams and Lindsey Gutierrez; and his grandchildren, Noah, Aaliyah, Jada, Aubree, Jonah, Kyle, Isabella, Landon, Jamie, Gwenlyne, Karter, Gavin, Erica and Bryson.
