He was predeceased by: his father John Smart; and his former wife Marilyn June Fenton. He is survived by: his wife Renee Sindeldecker Morris Smart; his children, Mindy Miller (Travis) and Matt Smart (Krysten); his stepchildren, Kristina Elam (Kelly), Kerilyn White (Ray) and Heidi Havens (Herb); his grandson Kolland Browning (Sarah); his great grandchild Amara Ellen Browning; his stepgrandchildren, Michaela Crow, Megan Crow, Morgan Crow, Herbert Havens, Shyann Havens, Kolby Elam and Holly Elam; and his siblings, Sheila Harmon (Thurman), Emma Thornton (Kay) and David Smart. He is also survived by 5 step great grandchildren.
