He was predeceased by: his parents, Weldon Robert Factor and Ruth Maxine Factor (Jadwin); his brother John Factor; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Factor. He is survived by: his son Jason Factor (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Wyatt Factor (Tristan), Tyler Factor (Mya Rush) and Madison Factor (Cole Shirkey); his great grandchildren, Elijah, Liz and Silas; his niece Jenny Factor; and his nephew John Factor Jr. (Cash).
