He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Smith (Darner); his children, Melissa Payne and Matthew Smith (Claudia); his granddaughter Megan Castoe (Alex); his great grandchildren, Broderick, Lance, Athena and Donald Castoe; his brother Rick Smith; and his siblings-in-law, Randalynn Toalepai, Floyd Darner (Judy), Bruce Darner, Ralph Darner, Rodney Darner (Teresa), Robert Darner (Stephanie), Ronald Darner (Theresa) and Michael Rush. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
