He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Zimmerer and Julia Kuhl Zimmerer; his wife Jeanne Bourquin Zimmerer; his sister Doris Burton; and his brother-in-law Dallas Burton.
He is survived by: his children, Eric Zimmerer (Jan), Michael Zimmerer (Chris) and Suzi Zimmerer (Keith Kleespies). He is also survived by four grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Rest Haven Memorial Park (10209 Plainfield Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45241).
