He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Walker and Recie Isabell Walker (Ayers); and his siblings, Earl Walker, Mae Morrison and Esther Brozovic.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Walker (Raymond); his children, Kimberly Baggs (Joseph), Carl Walker (Sandy) and Sarah Aurant (Jessee); his grandchildren, Kayla Baggs, Joseph Baggs, Jr., Drew Walker, Colton Aurant, Emma Aurant and Liberty Aurant; and his siblings, Mable Bennett (Don) and Jim Walker (Maxine). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
