He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Shultz and Edna Shultz (Gibson); his wife Glenna Shultz (Guss); his brother Jerry Shultz; and his nephew Jeffrey Williams.
He is survived by: his children, Roy A. Shultz (Selina) of Florida, Teri King (Richard), Karen Stoneburner (Jeffrey), Debra Shultz, Chris Shultz (Michelle) of Florida and Devin Shultz (Shannon); his siblings, Steve Shultz (Karen) of California, Anna Trescott (Dale) of Florida and Lillie Williams (Franklin David) of Ohio; his grandchildren, Amber (Josh), Shawna (Brian), Kaitlyn, Zachary, Joshua and Tequilla (Kevin); his great grandchildren, Dallas, Zoe, Addalynn, Ellianna, Abrianna, Camden and Ayden; and his great great grandchild Makenna. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in honor of Roy to the Muskingum County Animal Shelter.
