He was predeceased by: his parents, Clayton Norris and Letha Norris; his brothers, Joseph, Leroy and Clayton; his granddaughter Brooklyn Davis; and his close friend Michele Goins.
He is survived by: his siblings' children, Tommy Lee, Diane McClain and Debbie Butcher; his children, India Powell (Patrick), Etienne Norris (Cassandra), Ian Norris (Jaclyn), Ronald Rouse and Tommy Barnett; his siblings, Gertrude, Retha, Keith and Dan; his grandchildren, Kearston, Antonio, Olivia, Paeton, Etienne, Solomon, Samantha, Kaise, Cassius and Tyson; and his great grandchild Kendrix Sullivan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; as well as several other friends and family.
