He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Wisecarver and Yvonne "Bonnie" Hoadley; his brother Rick Wisecarver; and his grandson Brian Saxton Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Wisecarver (Huegle); his children, Nicole Wisecarver, Stephen Wisecarver Jr. (Tara) and Eric Wisecarver (Jannie); his grandchildren, Alisha, Stevie III, Kole, Savannah, Joie, Isaac, Catlin, Bentley and Noah; and his great grandchildren, Eli, Averi, Jensen and Stevie IV.
