He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Ansel and Betty Beymer Payton (Don); his stepfather Don Payton; and his father-in-law Jim Arnold. He is survived by: his wife Kim Arnold Ansel; his children, JoAnne, Jr., Josh and Michele; his grandchildren, Shawn, Lawrence, Kobe, Kade, Bryce and Baylee; his great grandchild Tegan; his siblings, Tod Ansel (Sabrina), Tim Ansel (Gail), Steve Payton (Libby), Tammy Bowers (EV), Doug Payton (Tracy), Theresa Salvati (Randy), Angel Randles (Tommy) and Jennifer Payton; his aunt Brenda Heizman; his stepmother Kay Ansel; and his pets, Pixy, Bella and Lily. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
