He is survived by: his children, Terry Higgins II (Tammy), Ruth Higgins and Mike Havens; his grandchildren, Austin Wayne, Braxton Higgins (Hailey Wakefield) and Kierstin Wayne; his girlfriend Susan "Susie" Ashley; his siblings, Karen Bell (Keith), Paul Higgins (Ann), James "Bob" Higgins (Alice), Bobby Goldsmith and Chris Goldsmith (Jodi); his sister-in-law Kay Higgins; and his close friends, Bobby Lee and Bill Rush (Pam). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
