He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Alonzo Withers Jr. and Evelyn Mae Withers (Whitten); and his brother Charles Withers. He is survived by: his children, Marty Withers of Achille, Susan Vail (Max) of Achille, Charlotte Tillery (Sam) of Sallisaw, OK, Dottie Stout of Achille and Steve Withers of Calera. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandkid.
