She is survived by: her mother Estelle Applegate Carlisle of Ada; her sons, Shaun Lamb of Ada and Brian Keith Lamb of Brookfield, MO; her sisters, Patty Brown (Walter "Boggie") of Ada and Linda Marshall (Wayne) of Weatherford, TX; and her grandchildren, Maegan Cowans (David), McKenzie Lamb, Byng, Ethan Lamb, Brandon Lamb and Luke Hall. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
