She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Bingamon and Edith Bingamon; her former husband Richard Dock Ely; and her husband Bill Parham. She is survived by: her son Richard Wayne (Carolyn) of Lewisville; her brother Earl Bingamon of Ada; her son Steve (Kaye) of Ada; and her stepsons, Tom Parham, Fred Parham of Vacaville and Jim Parham (Linda) of Perry Oklahoma. She is also survived by six grandchildren and their spouses, ten great-grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren and their spouses, seven step-great-grandchildren, and a multitude of cousins, nieces and nephews.
Betty was a philanthropist, making regular contributions to East Central University, Valley View Regional Hospital, United Way, the Boy Scouts and many other charities.
