He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kinsey and Wanda Kinsey (Smith); his son Davey Brecheen; and his sisters, Barbara Dunn and Norma Crawley.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Kinsey of Ada; his brother Bob Kinsey of Ada; his sister-in-law Joann Kinsey of Ada; his sister Phyllis Cox of Clearfield; his siblings' child Kim Johnston; his son-in-law Keith Johnston; and his grandchildren, Billy Kinsey, Rob Kinsey, Allie Johnston, Natasha Kinsey, Nathaniel Kinsey, Kaitlen Kinsey, Sean Kinsey, Ryan Kinsey and Haylie Kinsey. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
