He was predeceased by: his parents, Essie Pearl DeShields Milner and William Joel Milner (Essie Pearl DeShields); his brothers, Ron Milner and Carroll Milner; and his wife Jean Milner.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Milner (Dianne) and Pam McKinzie (Dwayne); his grandchildren, Amy James (Michael), Megan Keating (Drew), Daniel Hobbs (Cara), Nathan Hobbs (Kelly), Shelby Bigelow (Brian), Jaime Merriman (Clint), A. J. Yates, Kasey Collins (Caleb) and Katy Shepard (James); his great grandchildren, Harrison James, Eva, Tobias Keating, Grayson, Elam, Nora, Halle Hobbs, Noah, Maggie Hobbs, Riley, Callum Bigelow, Raylyn Merriman, Jack, Jared Brooks of Arden Yates, P. J., Shay Collins, Chasen and Tatum Shepard; and his siblings, Linda Willoughby and Kenny Milner (Fleta). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Criswell Funeral Home (815 Arlington St, Ada, OK 74820). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
