He was predeceased by: his father John Mann; and his brother Loren Mann. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Fay Looney Mann of Ada; his wife Connie Franes Gore; his children, Jonathan Mann of Oceanside, CA, Melissa Davis of Ada and Bobbie Capps (Steven) of Ada; his siblings, Wendell Mann of Dickson, OK, Tommy Mann of Mobile, AL and Michelle Mullins (Darrell) of Ada; his grandchildren, Emily Mann of San Diego, CA, Kyle Bunnell of North Liberty, IN, Kelsey Bunnell of North Liberty, IN, Karley Bunnell of North Liberty, IN, Nina Capps of Ada, Nyah Capps of Ada, Steven Capps, Jr. of Ada and Maximus Capps of Ada; and his great grandchildren, Ellie Miller and Olive Miller. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
