He was predeceased by: his parents, John Burton Sr. and Rosemary Derrick (Perkins). He is survived by: his son Johnathan Derrick of Ada, OK; his siblings, John Burton Derrick Jr. of Ada, OK and Mary Ann Shores (Johnny) of Ada, OK; his cousin Kevin Perkins of Tulsa, OK; and his aunt Rebecca Perkins.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Coalgate Cemetery.
