He is survived by: his wife Doris Hayes; his daughters, Jennifer Laney (Josh) of Spring, TX, Stacey Flowers (Stephen) of League City, TX and Chelsea Mowdy (Eric) of Lone Grove, OK; and his grandchildren, Brayden, Baylee, Olivia, Kennedy, Owen, Evelyn "Evie", Hunter, Ethan, Lincoln, Bentley, Kenzley and Baby Boy Hayes.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Tommy Meyers, Mike Todd, Ricky Holland, Richard Smith, and Ali Gonzalez. **Due to COVID-19, the State of Oklahoma has limited any gathering to a maximum of 50 people.
