He was predeceased by: his parents, Early Williams and Leda Johnson Williams; his wife Norma Williams; his daughter Regina Williams Carpenter; and his siblings, Mary Lois Montgomery, Berl Williams, Donald Williams, Anita Lewis, Phillis Northcutt, Rita Lowery and Lendford "Wimp" Williams.
He is survived by: his brother David Williams (Izolde); his grandchildren, Brian Carpenter (Megan), Shawna Cole (Curt) and Tanna Meeks (Jeff); and his great grandchildren, Cade Carpenter (Mikala), Landon Carpenter (Callie), Brannon Carpenter, Dalton Tidwell, Ethan Harriman (Alyssa Heard), Madison Cole, Jenna Cole, Jaycee Andrews (Garrett), Haylee Meeks, Addy Carpenter, Rhys Carpenter and Elaine Carpenter.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Criswell Funeral Home Chapel (815 E Arlington St, Ada, OK 74820).
