He was predeceased by: his parents, Hardie Lester and Odessa Francis Hendricks Biggs; and his sister Rita Williams. He is survived by: his wife Joan Hoff; his children, Kevin Grant (Judy) of Evant, TX, Monica Baumgarner (Colby) and Hardie Biggs (Jala); his siblings, Wayne Biggs (Shirley), Francis Thornton and Sherrill Walcott; and his brother-in-law John Hoff (Gloria). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members and many friends.
