He is survived by: his son Brandon Shane Johnson of Seminole; his grandchildren, Destin Johnson of Edmond, Taryn LaClaire of Shawnee and Breaden of Seminole; and his adoptive daughter Sharon Smith of Holdenville. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
