He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Anthony Cusher, Sr. and Isabel Lillian Dixon Cusher. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his sons, Brent Cusher and Patrick Cusher; his stepdaughters, Teresa Rue-Wallace (Randy) of Wynnewood, OK, Brenda Roberts (Robbie) of Ada, OK and Ramona Corvin-Brown (David) of Boulder, CO; and his brother Wayne Cusher. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
