He was predeceased by: his father Terry Louis; his stepfather Mark Farris; and his grandparents, Dick, Zelma Dveney, Frank and Dorcie Bates.
He is survived by: his mother Linda Lea Dveney Bates of Ada. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
