He was predeceased by: his parents, David Mairl and Bertie Virginia Smith Hansard; and his siblings, George Rakowiecki, Randall Rakowiecki, Harold Rakowiecki, Elizabeth Rakowiecki, Jeanett Rakowiecki and Vera Hansard.
He is survived by: his son Tayden Hansard; and his siblings, William Eugene Hansard, Rosie Rakowiecki, Melody Hansard, Mary Jane Hansard and April Marie Hansard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
