He is survived by: his wife Patty of Ada; his children, Tammi Walkup of Ada, Phillip Perkins (Sissy) of Maud, Micah Perkins of Ada and Jacob Perkins (Joanna) of Ada; his grandchildren, Jared Perkins (Haley) of Ada, Kaitlynn Philpot (Blake) of Purcell, Garrett Schroeder of Ada, Ava Schroeder of Ada, Kendall Perkins of Maud and Emma Perkins of Keller, TX; and his great grandchildren, Elyse Perkins of Ada and Magnolia Philpot of Purcell. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, other family members, and many friends.
