He was predeceased by: his parents, David Weaver (Smiley) and Meda Carol Jeffries Weaver; and his uncle James Jeffries. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia K. Manuel; his children, Mary Nicole Weaver (Phillip Manuel), Robert Wayne Sherrin (Bonnie Willis) and Jesse James David Weaver (Kirsten Garza); his sisters, Vicki Hillhouse (Larry Hillhouse), Pam Weaver and Ann Weaver; his grandchildren, Caitlyn Nicole Manuel, Haley Cheyenne Manuel, Natalie Jane Manuel, Kylie Weaver, Breanna Weaver, Brooklyn Maynard, Chelsey Dixon, Blaze Weaver, Carson Stein and Dylan Dixon; and his great grandchild Marleigh Jayne Key. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
