She was predeceased by: her parents, William Andrew and Ethel Mae Roach Creech; her former husband Jack Arthur; her husband Bill Hensley; her former husband Tony Pippen; her children, Leon Arthur and Tonya Stevens; and her brother Lavern Creech.
She is survived by: her children, Dana Chilcoat (Greg) of Ada, Marcie Ellenberg of Ada, Tim Hensley (DeAmbra) of Ada, Steve Hensley (Vanessa) of Ada, Jon Hensley (April) of Ada and Mike Hensley of Texas; her grandchild Lauren Chilcoat; her children, Jayce, Jett, Haivyn of Ada, Sydni Chilcoat of Columbia, MO, Chelsea Ellenberg of Broomfield, CO, Austin Ellenberg of Denver, CO, Summer Ellenberg of Ada, Michael Dowell Barnes (Ashley) of Ada, Dayton Hensley of Ada, Trenton Hensley, Adam Hensley, Owen Hensley of Ada, Kait Hensley, Amberlei Hensley of Ada and Ty Hensley (Madi); her grandsons, Hudson and Wyatt; her children, Jake Hensley of Texas and Nikki Johnson (Erik); and her grandson Gabriel of Hollister, MO. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, and friends.
