He is survived by: his siblings, Samuel Quarterman, Rudolph Jacobs (Barbara), Nathaniel Jacobs, John Jacobs and Eva Bailey (Willie); and his cousin-sister Jannice Williams. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
